Customizing Different Treatments
Losing a tooth goes beyond an aesthetic problem; it affects chewing, speech, and, in the long term, the facial bone structure. Therefore, dental implants in Malaga have become the most advanced and effective solution for those seeking to regain their quality of life with a fixed, comfortable, and long-lasting result designed to last for decades.
Unlike removable dentures, implants fully integrate with the bone (osseointegration), preventing bone loss and offering the same biting force as a real tooth.
Smile, eat, and speak without worries again. At M. González Orta Dental Clinic, we are ready to accompany you every step of the way toward your new smile.

Treatment Phases
What to Expect in the Different Phases of This Treatment?
At our clinic, we don’t just replace teeth; we restore our patients’ confidence. We understand that every mouth is unique, which is why our work is based on these key phases:
Everything begins with a comprehensive study. We use 3D scanning technology and digital radiography to obtain a precise map of your mouth. In this phase, we evaluate bone quality and virtually design the ideal implant position. This allows us to foresee the result before starting, ensuring a personalized and safe intervention.
Through a minimally invasive procedure and under local anesthesia, we place the implant (a small, biocompatible titanium screw) in the jawbone. Thanks to computer-guided surgery, the procedure is extremely precise, fast, and has a very light postoperative period for the patient.
After placement, a crucial period of about 3 to 4 months called osseointegration begins. During this time, the bone grows and fuses with the implant, creating a solid and permanent base. In some cases, we can place a temporary crown so that you are never without a tooth during this process.
Once the implant is perfectly integrated, we take digital measurements to fabricate your definitive crown. Designed both artisanally and digitally to match the color and shape of your natural teeth, it is fixed onto the implant. The result is a functional, aesthetic, and so resistant piece that you will forget it’s not your original tooth.
